Fast Track Construction with Modular Building Techniques

Modular Construction allows for on-site and off-site construction to occur simultaneously. Work on the excavation & foundation happens at the same time as the building component of the construction process. This reduces the completion time by as much as 9 months. Traditional construction can expose materials to adverse weather conditions effecting the quality of the building components and resulting in significant delays. With Modular Construction, all of the work is performed in the controlled environment of our 65,000 square foot facility.
