Modular Construction - Its what you can't see that matters

Modular design and construction has several obvious benefits. The assembly line method of Modular Construction speeds up the construction process. It allows for complete control of building components, and providers higher quality than methods used in traditional construction. These benefits of Modular Construction result in less cost of construction financing and quicker occupancy providing you up to 50% savings over conventional construction or steel buildings. 


Some of the other benefits of modular construction aren't things you can see. Such as the effort to increased energy efficiency and reinforcements to the structure of a modular building. We thought we'd show some of what is never seen. To improve the energy efficiency of a modular building, each light and plug receptacle has extra caulking to reduce the heating and cooling air loss. Wall joist and roof truss systems are reinforced to increase structural strength. Our roof truss system's design exceeds that of other modular building systems with the use of
