Alabama's Office of Workforce Development recently annouced that 500 temporary workers will be needed to assist in the cleanup of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. With the current lack of temporary housing in Alabama and Louisana, we've seen the request for floor plans to be used as short term housing and motels increase.

With the recovery period estimated to extend for months, many companies are opting to purchase this prefabricated structures vs using extended stay hotels. In other cases, our customer are expanding their current number of available rooms by added a modular hotel / modular motel to their properties.
