Our new dimensional block exterior is quickly becoming a favorite among our customers. The 4' x 4' block design gives a whole new look for modular construction designs. The stucco appearance provides a more traditional construction  look, but still offers the cost saving of modular building systems. New Modular Dental Office / Center for Innis Community

We recently completed a dental office construction project for Innis Community in Louisiana. This floor plan includes space for a waiting room, dental exam rooms, and dental lab. This modular building was custom built as part of the collaborative process between our building consultant, drafting and design team, and the talented folks at Innis Community. 2010 Hurricane Season Starts June 1st

The experts are predicting a busier than usual hurricane season for 2010. If the early forecasts prove to be accurate, the 2010 hurricane season will stand in sharp contrast to the relatively mild 2009 season. The 2010 hurricane name list is the same as the 2004 hurricane name list although four hurricane names were retired after the devastating 2004 hurricane season. This years names include Hurricane Alex, Hurricane Bonnie, Hurricane Colin, Hurricane Danielle, Hurricane Earl, Hurricane Fiona, Hurricane Gaston, Hurricane Hermine, Hurricane Igor, Hurricane Julia, Hurricane Karl, Hurricane Lisa, Hurricane Matthew, Hurricane Nicole, Hurricane Otto, Hurricane Paula, Hurricane Richard, Hurricane Shary, Hurricane Tomas, Hurricane Virginie, and Hurricane Walter.

Temporary Housing Request on the Increase

Alabama's Office of Workforce Development recently annouced that 500 temporary workers will be needed to assist in the cleanup of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. With the current lack of temporary housing in Alabama and Louisana, we've seen the request for floor plans to be used as short term housing and motels increase.

Our modular buildings include a solution for both these areas. Our bunk house floor plan offer a common living and kitchen area with 2 separate bedrooms and adjacent baths. With the recovery period estimated to extend for months, many companies are opting to purchase this prefabricated structures vs using extended stay hotels. In other cases, our customer are expanding their current number of available rooms by added a modular hotel / modular motel to their properties.
